what ya need:
*2 large tomatoes, chopped & seeded
*2 15oz cans black beans, drained & rinsed
*1 15oz can corn or 2c fresh corn
*1 large avocado, chopped
*1 purple onion, chopped
*1/4c fresh cilantro
*4 Tbs lime juice
*1 Tbs red wine vinegar
*2 Tbs olive oil
*1 tsp salt
*1/2 tsp pepper
refrigerate it for a few hours.
add the avocado right before serving.
